Seat terms, in plain words.

County Seat is a business name used by Forge Development Studio LLC, a Georgia company. In these terms, "we" means Forge Development Studio LLC. "You" means the business that pays for the seat.

Your seat

• What you get

  The seat for your trade in the counties listed on your checkout page.

• Only you

  While your seat is paid, we won't do this work for another business in your trade in those counties.

• Big counties

  Counties with more than 150,000 people aren't sold as one seat.

The work

Every seat includes this work:

• A website we build or fix, owned by you
• Your Google Business Profile set up and kept up to date
• A page for each town you work in
• A call-counting phone number in your name
• Review requests sent to your customers after jobs
• A check of where you show up in every town, on the 1st of each month
• A monthly report that starts with your calls and booked jobs

Prices and billing

• Monthly price

  Your monthly price is shown on your checkout page. We bill your card each month, in advance.

• Setup

  Setup is paid once, on your first bill. It covers one website and Google listings for up to 2 locations.

• Setup refunds

  Setup pays for work we start right away. Once setup work begins, it isn't refunded.

• Board savings

  If you agree to be named on the public board, you save $100 a month while you're listed.

• Failed payments

  If a payment fails, we'll tell you. If it isn't fixed within 14 days, we may pause work and open your seat.

Our promise

• What we count

  Calls from new customers to your call-counting number, from your website or Google listing.

• Your starting count

  The number of those calls in days 1 to 60. Day 1 is when your number goes live. If the count is under 5, we use 5.

• The promise

  Calls in days 121 to 180 will be at least double your starting count.

• If we don't hit it

  Months seven, eight, and nine are free, and we keep working. If days 211 to 270 still aren't double, you can leave with everything.

• What it needs

  Keep the number on your website and Google listing. Answer calls during your listed hours. Keep payments up to date.

What you own

• Yours from day one

  Your website, domain, Google listing, and logins are in your name.

• Your phone number

  Your call-counting number is set up for your business. If you leave, we help you move it to your own phone company.

• Call recordings

  We record calls to your call-counting number so we can count and sort them. Callers hear a short notice first.

Stopping

• No long contract

  After setup, you can cancel any time. Use your billing link, or email us.

• When it ends

  You won't be billed again. Your seat stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.

• What you keep

  Your website, domain, Google listing, logins, and phone number.

• If we stop

  If we ever stop offering seats, we'll give you 30 days' notice and hand everything over.

Everything else

• Changes

  We'll email you at least 30 days before we change these terms or your price.

• Georgia law

  Georgia law applies to these terms.
