Privacy
What we keep, in plain words.
We don't use cookies or ad trackers.
When you send the form
The form sends us what you type, like your name, business, phone, email, and message. An email service called Resend delivers it to our inbox so we can reply. We never sell it. We only share it with the companies listed below that help us run County Seat.
If you ask about a seat, we send you a quick look at your county. To make it, we search Google Maps for your trade in your main towns. We also look up your business by its name. We keep only our result, not the Google Maps details.
How you found this site
The site notes how you found it. For example, a Google search, Google Maps, or a link we shared. It also notes the first page you visited. This note stays in your own browser for up to 90 days. It is not a cookie. We only get it if you send the form.
Visit counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It notes things like the page you opened, the site that sent you, your type of browser, and your country. It doesn't use cookies. It doesn't follow you to other websites. We see totals, not who you are.
This website keeps a count of requests by where they came from. For each request, it also keeps a reference number with the date, type, trade, county, and source. It never keeps your name, contact details, or message. Tapping a phone number or email link adds one to a count, and that's all.
When you call County Seat
Our phone line is answered by an AI voice assistant, not a person. It tells you this when it answers. The call is recorded and written out. The assistant saves your name, number, and request for our team. We get your request by email and by text message. If you need help we don't offer, the assistant may transfer your call to Georgia SEO Company, a separate business. We keep your request until you ask us to delete it, or for 2 years.
When you call a business that uses County Seat
Some Georgia businesses put a County Seat phone number on their website and Google listing. Here is what happens when you call that number.
- You hear a short notice that the call is recorded.
- The call rings the business, and your number shows up as the caller.
- If no one answers, you can leave a message.
- We record the call, including both sides.
- A computer program writes out the words. It sorts the call, for example as a new customer or spam.
- The business sees your number, a short summary, and the recording on a private page.
We use these calls only to count calls for the business and run our service. We never sell them. We don't use them to market to you.
If a business adds phone answering, an AI assistant may answer its missed calls. It tells you it is an AI, and the call is recorded.
Businesses that buy a seat
When you pay, Stripe handles your card. We never see your full card number. We keep your business name, email, and phone to run your seat. We email you your number, weekly reminders, and monthly reports.
